Brain Tickler collects no data. Everything you create stays on your device. We can't see your data and we never receive it.
Brain Tickler has none of the following:
Your tickles, schedules, settings and completions are stored only on your device. They aren't sent to us or anyone else.
If you create a tickle by voice, Brain Tickler uses on-device speech recognition only. Your voice is turned into text on your device, and no audio or transcript is sent off it. Brain Tickler asks for microphone and speech recognition permission only when you use this feature, and you can turn those permissions off anytime in iOS Settings.
The optional Apple Intelligence features in Brain Tickler run on your device. You can choose not to use them.
Brain Tickler schedules its pokes as local notifications on your device. You can change or turn off notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
Brain Tickler is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. The app only checks with Apple that the purchase is valid. We never see or receive your payment details. Family Sharing is supported, and that is managed by Apple too. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Deleting Brain Tickler from your device removes your tickles, settings and everything else stored in the app. A small record of your trial start and unlock is kept in your iPhone's Keychain so reinstalling doesn't reset the trial; it never leaves the device. Since we never had a copy, there's nothing left to request or delete on our side.
Brain Tickler collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
